As I walk this path,
Time flies past,
I want to rush, and so I push past the pages of time.
One by one, I flip right through them.
I look for something,
Something more…
But never find it.
The pages are missing and nowhere to be found.
I look again,
They’re still not there.
Something’s missing in the pages of time!
I wonder what and begin to doubt.
I want to pout and plead for help.
Then You come along.
You give me the pages,
The lost pages of time.
“Where did they go” I ask.
“I had them the whole time,” You said, “All you had to do was ask.”
